This building was created in 1889 by owner W M. Odell.
The "Spanish Pueblo Look "that is what they call it. It is a New Mexico physical cultural Architecture ,first style was displayed in California .The building styles were inspired by the adobe earth look from the western villages dating back to 1600 A.D.
The Hidalgo Court House which was also created as a "Spanish Pueblo Look". I think they made it this way so it can look like its was an official and well established offices, and also modernize it look to a new level with its unique roof crown design.
